2. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Registration and Use

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, email address, and government-issued identification number. All information provided must be verifiable through official documentation.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Never share your Account credentials with any third party.
• Immediately notify iqq77 support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

You are fully liable for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not. iqq77 shall not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If iqq77 detects multiple Accounts registered to the same individual or household, all associated Accounts will be closed, and any funds or winnings will be forfeited.

5. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification

This process, known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, is mandatory before you can make your first withdrawal. 5.3 Failure to Verify

If you fail to provide requested KYC documents within thirty (30) days of the initial request, iqq77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account. Any remaining Account balance may be forfeited in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

6. Deposits and Payment Methods

iqq77 supports multiple payment methods for depositing funds into your Account, including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other methods as may be made available from time to time. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

6.1 Deposit Procedures

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page. These limits may vary depending on your chosen payment method and Account status.
• Deposits made via GCash or PayMaya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

6.2 Deposit Fees

6.3 Failed Deposits

If a deposit fails to be credited to your Account within the expected timeframe, contact our support team immediately with your transaction reference number and proof of payment. iqq77 will investigate the matter and, if the deposit is confirmed, will manually credit your Account.

7. Withdrawals

Subject to these Terms and successful KYC verification, you may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time.

7.1 Withdrawal Procedures

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the name on your Account.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. These limits are displayed on the withdrawal page and may vary based on your VIP tier and Account standing.

7.2 Withdrawal Fees

7.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals may be delayed, restricted, or denied in the following circumstances:

• Incomplete or failed KYC verification.

• Outstanding chargebacks or disputed transactions.

8.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional bonus hunters, syndicates, and abusers will have their Bonuses and winnings forfeited and Accounts permanently closed.
• Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 10x-35x) before associated winnings can be withdrawn.

• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic or IP-based bonus restrictions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate Bonus terms.

9. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on iqq77 and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

Any User found engaging in prohibited activities will have their Account immediately suspended or closed, and all funds forfeited. iqq77 reserves the right to report illegal activity to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension by iqq77

iqq77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You fail to provide requested KYC documentation.
• You attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit the Platform.
• iqq77 determines, in its sole discretion, that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity of the Services or other Users.

Upon Account closure for breach, all Bonuses, pending wagers, and winnings will be forfeited. Deposits made prior to the breach may be refunded at iqq77's sole discretion, minus any applicable fees or amounts owed.

11.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to voluntarily close your Account due to problem gambling concerns, you may request self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion periods range from six (6) months to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your Account, deposit funds, or participate in any promotional activities. 12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, iqq77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:

14. Amendments to Terms

iqq77 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on the Platform with the "Last Updated" date clearly displayed at the top of this document. Material changes will be communicated via email or on-site notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure.
